I've entered the wrong personalisation information, can I change it?


If you notice that you've entered something incorrectly, inform us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't already been produced, we can change this for you. If the item has already been produced, then a small fee may be applicable to cover the cost of the replacement goods. It will depend what was ordered.




When will I receive my order?


You'll receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The time it will take to be delivered depends on the postal method chosen during checkout. Our standard FREE DELIVERY ships using Royal Mail 2nd Class, at the moment it's taking them up to 7 days to deliver items shipped using this method.
