I've entered the wrong personalisation information, can I change it?
If you notice that you've entered something incorrectly, inform us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't already been produced, we can change this for you.
When will I receive my order?
You'll receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The time it will take to be delivered depends on the postal method chosen during checkout.
