Shipping & Returns
All orders qualify for free standard shipping, these items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Due to the ongoing COVID situation, deliveries may take longer.
If you'd like your order sooner, alternative postal methods are available during the checkout process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, everything is made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) you receive are defective or incorrect. If the information entered when ordering the product was incorrect, it will not qualify for a return or exchange.
If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll rectify it. We're able to offer exchanges, or refunds, for defective or incorrect products. All affected items will need to be returned to us in order to facilitate either an exchange or a refund. You will need to cover the return postage cost, however we will reimburse you once the item is received.
